ASA 300W: options and accessories

The interchangeable spindle system is one of the key advantages of the ASA 300W. It allows grinding wheels to be profiled directly on their original wheel arbors, maintaining optimum accuracy without the need for adapters.

Ø60 and Ø80 mm spindles are available for the main mounting systems, including HSK, NCT, ASK, BT, PerfectArbor and other specific systems. This solution allows the original grinding wheel setup to be maintained while simplifying the use of different mounting standards.

For dressing, the ASA 300W uses Ø300 mm SiC dressing wheels. Different thicknesses and grit sizes are available to adapt the dressing process to the requirements of each application.

The range also includes a transformer for 480 V power supplies, calibration tools, as well as all spare parts and consumables required for the reliable operation of your machine.
